To keep your purchase as fresh and frozen as possible, we only ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. For example, if you place an order on Thursday, your package will not ship until the following Monday.
All our meats are shipped in an insulated, styrofoam cooler packed with gel packs or dry ice.

Our cattle are bred, fed, and raised on our family farm, which was established in Elmwood, NE in 1901. By partnering with local, co-operative farms that follow our same sustainable agriculture practices, we are proud to also provide quality pork.
